Troubleshooting
Help panel or Settings won't open
Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
Password reset link not working
Check Supabase rate limit, wait 1 hour and try again
Verify shows all mismatches
Check Fidelity CSV account names match exactly: "Meta - Core" or "Meta - IRA"
Tool says 'Connection error'
Check internet connection, wait 5 minutes and try again
Troubleshooting
Tool stuck on 'Saving...' or 'Signing out...'
If the orange "Saving..." indicator stays visible for more than 30 seconds, or the "Sign Out" button shows "Signing out..." and won't respond, this indicates a stuck authentication lock in your browser.
Automatic fix:

The tool should detect this and clear it automatically. Wait 10-15 seconds.

Manual fix if automatic doesn't work:
  1. Press F12 on your keyboard (or right-click the page and select "Inspect")
  2. Click the Console tab at the top of the panel
  3. Find the typing area with a > symbol (usually at top or bottom)
  4. Click next to the > and type exactly: localStorage.clear()
  5. Press Enter - you should see the word "undefined" appear
  6. Close the console (press F12 again)
  7. Close the browser tab completely
  8. Reopen the tool in a fresh tab and log in again

After this, saving and sign out should work normally.
